This project included providing design and construction documents for an enlarged kitchen addition located at the rear of an existing home in Middletown, NJ. The house had a small kitchen and leaking sunroom. The 326 sf addition included a modern design with a generous sunlit kitchen area defined by a cathedral ceiling area and large windows. The right side was enlarged for a new side entry and mudroom area. The design includes an exposed timber ridge beam and interior stone.
